Everything audio is stock on my car for now and it's really the least of my concerns right now.I wanted to see how some of your setups look especially the fc's.I will be putting in a lil system in the future.Thx.

well I just took all the crap out of my Vert.. BUT this is what I had..

I was using the stock pioneer deck.. but I wired a set of RCA connectors into the stock harness where the Dash amp was.. from there I ran RCA's out to an Audiocontrol 4XS crossover.. then wired up a four channel Hifonics Zeus Amp for the door speakers.. Kenwood Coaxials.. and off the low output from the Crossover i had wired in the Zapco Z600 C2(overkill like hell) to a 10" Kicker Solobaric in a bass tube..

And I kept the stock Headrest Speakers.

Pioneer 1" tweeters in door panel between a/c went and handel

Pioneer 4" under dash

Pioneer 6.5 out back

Audiobahn 6X9 in the compartment bins

(mine is an 86 so all i had was 2 plywood lids where the bins should have been.)

RockFord Fosgate 800a4 running all the mids and highs

RockFord Fosgate 800a2 running the 2 12' pioneer IMPP VCCS PRO

And a pioneer 6.5 inch flip out monitor w/ DVD waiting for motor swap to be installed.

um i've had a mutated system for a while... um first i had a old kenwood headunit boston acoustics comp 4" components in the front and infinity kappa 6.5's in the rear and a kenwood 600w 4 channel amp... added in a set of alpine r10's in a custom sealed box and a 500w power acoustics amp bridged to 2 ohms mono... added a 145 amp breaker under the hood and a solenoid so my amps won't kick on unless the car is running or the key is set in the on position for a second or two... switched out to a newer kenwood headunit top of the line... and a sony 13 band digital eq that was by far the best it's been... a terminal went bad on my right side components... and i swapped in a pair of modified pold db 5.25's and they're still living there now... then every thing buy my amps and main speakers got stolen... so i got a kenwood head unit with 67 different colors or some crap and a set of premiere competition 10's on the same setup as before... the faceplate burned out one week after the warranty was up on the head unit so i swapped that for a jvc mp3 deck (mind you normally jvc is crap but this one is pretty good) and a pioneer 15 band digital eq... that's how it sits now....

for the future i'm planning on swapping the headunit out for either a descent pioneer deck to match my eq or i'm going the utter high end audiophile route and getting an eclipse headunit with no internal amplification, and getting the eclipse commander... it allows you to talk to the car and automate functions as well as use your cellphone over the radio and it has voice automated navigation....
