I had a brand new Dr Crankenstein 12" sub and it wouldn't fit Ended up getting one of the brand new kicker solo baric 10's, prolly end up kicking the 12's ***, LOL dual voice coils at 450watts each 2 ohm.

Hopefully it will be here soon and I can finish up the stereo... well need to put the interior back in first.

Progress is slow, I've just been working on it a bit here and there. trying to figure out what to do with my damn defroster connection, I broke one side and gotta find a way to solder it back up, doesn't seem to want to solder easily.

ask a windshield place to do it for you?

those solobarics are the ones that dont require a large cabinet right?

I always wondered how the spare tire compartment would serve as a box if you flush mounted that to the cover

I was thinking more along the lines of lining it with some fiberglass and laying one layer of fg on the backside of the cover, not just slapping it in there

you could even put a port on the top, or just go with a free-air sub

I never heard any of the free air subs put out any kind of decent sound.

Just hoping my amp will push enough to run this ******.
