i dont know what size to get or where to find em i got the outside bulbs but the inside ones (the clear, not orange) are missing. all i see is STANLEY 12V5W P0231 on the light housing. anyone else buy replacement bulbs wanna fill me in. and no martin im not gonna put HIDs in their place

What does the light socket look like? It should be pretty easy to determine which one it is. Are they press-in or screw-in bulbs?

Also, do the amber bulbs fit in the clear sockets? Because if so - the bulb numbers for the two will be nearly identical.

I believe its a sylvania 7231 or something like that. I can check tommorow for you. (I work at an auto parts store)

those sockets accept any 5v wedge bulbs..... you sould get led.... they're brighter that the ones that are supplied

5v or 12v? All lamps are 12v.

Gotcha.



MazdaMike, the only downside to getting LEDs is that it may play havoc on your blinker thinger. I don't know what kind the 7 has, (thermal or electronic). I think the electronic ones get screwed up cause of resistance or something and when you pop in an LED, it thinks that that particular bulb is out, so it will do the blink way too fast for your sanity thing. I haven't tried it out on mine yet, so I could be wrong.

i've used led lights for the parking before i replaced them withe the HID...... no ill problems.



looked good , and brighter also, ask mike, vosko, or jay...... they've seen it in person

Oh yeah, for those that's no issue. I've got 'em on my daily driver too, but its the turn signal part that's the issue. Sorry...I didn't clarify that.
