its american muscle vs. australian rally spirit; what does he want to be identified with?

since they stopped producing firebirds in '02, all ws6's are used and should be cheaper. also, you can't beat that deep, throaty sound coming from a flowmaster-tuned v8. and RWD + torque = mad burnouts

however, the STi will seat more people, handle better, be safer (awd), and a lot faster. but there is no radio and it costs more.

i'd go subaru for practicality, turbocharged power, and awesome handling.

ill tell you one thing there is a dude here in town that has a STI and he kills everything he has raced, there has been 2 loss's to him one was a 9sec trans am. ( had 20k in the motor and took a 100 shot of nos) and the other was a 10 sec talon TSI, he just tears up around town, dont have to worry about loosing control in it. dont have to worry about launching, you can launch at redline and it will not break the tires loose, i say stick with the STI, trans am's break real easy and have a bad tendency to fishtail. and can someone say FIBERGLASS?
