Winning The Lotto

You wait until the jackpot is so huge that you would still come out ahead if you bought one of every single number combination available. Make sure you figure taxes into your calculations, it would suck to buy $5 million worth of lottery tickets, win $7 million jackpot, and owe $3 million in taxes.

I don't think there's anything you can do to increase your odds other than playing more often. The odds are too astronomical. There has been a lot of thought on this subject and some has even been published, but the bottom line is that you're subject to the same odds everyone else is regardless of what you may try...from using specific numbers to using the QuickPick option.

I guess we just have to rub our lucky ribbits foot key chains.

I am no mathmetician or statistician but the way the lottery works, there is no way to increase your chances unless you bought an unbelievable amount of tickets.
The reason as I see it is because it is a random drawing with the same numbers and same amount of numbers each time. If they took away numbers each week then your odds would be better but the only way to increase your odds is to buy an amount of tickets that probably no one can afford or would want to.

I know a gorup in Connecticut that works together got a pool together each week. It was about 10 people and they got 10 tickets each. Therefore they buy 100 tickets each week. They ended up winning! They got like 80 million split between them. They went ot work for like an hour the next day and then left together to collect their winnings.
