I have been going to a place in Lynnwood, WA called Mazdatech. They are ok. I think I got fucked on a tranny rebuild though. I was 4 hours away from home and my tranny went out on me. I limped my car back to my camp site, and the owner of Mazdatech drove out and towed me to his shop. All said and done it cost me over &#362200 for the tow, rebuild, and a new clutch. Since then my tranny has needed 2 more rebuilds, and another clutch. That was about a year ago.

Yep I think I did too. My tranny is still not right and I am thinking of ordering one from Corksport. They said It would be about &#36350 - &#36400 for a used one from Japan. Any one here ever bought anything from Corksport? They any good? I know they got good engine prices; a 89 - 91 T2 engine is under &#361000.

I have used 2 shops in recent years. Shear Performance in Richmond, KY and Guch's Rotorsports in Columbus, GA. Both are excellent places. I have had engines built at both places, with excellent prices and service. Guch works at Jay Mazda and does it on the side and is a guru on anything rotary. Plus that helps in keeping the prices down on his engines and other services that he can do. Right now, while I'm in Korea, he is doing the T2 conversion on my car. He has already down it to his and that thing is fast! Big Lou(SP) is another guru who can do about anything you want done to a rotary.

Yeah, it may seem like my favorite word is "guru", but #### it's true in both cases.
