i ran 13.7 with a little less and a good stock FD runs 13.5! so you are beat hard

 

you need NAWS!.... 2 bottles!

 

i've beaten stock fd's with a stock turbo fc, but to go after modded fd's you gotta have at least a hybrid, and some good tuning.
