It's the ******* HOTNESS that matters. Any piece of **** mustang with some mods can beat a Ferrari in the 1/4 mile.

So?

Ferraris are refined, performance machines. A Ferrari will always be more stable at speed, faster around the track and attract WAY MORE *** than any RX-7. The sound is amazing coming from their technologically advanced engines with high rev limits and the attention to detail during the build process of the car you can see just by giving a car a quick glance. Test drive a Zonda and test drive an Enzo, you will be blown away by the Enzo but endup having to buy the Zonda cause you can't afford the Ferrari.

That's how it works.
Have fun leaking coolant at the track in your new enzo and paying for minor wear and tear. 700$ for each oil change? no thanks.

There's a reason why people buy Enzo's - It's because they CAN.

People buy cars like the Ferarri because of the name, not just for performance. But they buy it for the R E P U T A T I O N! Among other elements like the prestige, looks, etc.

Dude, there's nothing wrong with Ferarri's. Ferarri's will pwn j00. Besides, what FD can take on a Ferarri?
Thats funny, A few months back I was trying to get a Ferrari Spider to race me. I looked up the stats after wards and was suprised to see I might just pull him, and at the time my engine was just about to blow from a 40 PSI boost spike during an Autocross. Now I would without a doubt creme him , both in a straight line and on a road course.

BTW - I have an FC too..LOL I am pretty sure a Ferrari wouldn't know what the hell happened if it tried to "school" me.

This is a car that i would ignore Alfa Romeo's shitty reliability problems just because the car is damn ******* sexy, and still goes like stink.

God Bless Alfa Romeo.

I would have loved to see you race the ****.

By the way, how much have you poured into your car in order to push that much power? Is it reliable for dd?

I have a LOT of money into my FC. Its my do all. It used to be my DD but now its only for weekends, Autocrosses and hopefully some open track days this winter. It gets the fastest time as the Autocross usually when I am not brain farting and not forgetting how hard I can push it.

Including the purchase of the car I have over $35K into it. It has over 400 HP and with the tune I have it at will run a very very long time like that. MY AFR is solid in the 10's all across the power band at 1 Bar putting about 370 to the wheels.

I toyed with selling it and getting a "higher profile" car like a Porsche 911 but I love this car too much and love what it is capable of doing to high end cars w/o them expecting it.

After the last Autocross I gave it a hug.

Its kind of a brutal DD because of the racing clutch and suspension. Its ride is VERY harsh its very loud and the clutch, once heated, is a bear. (6 puck w/ extreme PP).

I have Daily driven it but it wears you out. Especially in Hlorida in the heat and no air. I keep fighting a battle to put the air back in. I think I will soon.
