I was just curious if anyone has had troubles purchasing parts from Hayes...

I ordered parts for a rebuild a month ago. They have my money and I still have no parts. I've been trying to call them and either I get an answering machine or the person I need to speak with is unavailable.

What's up with this?? Any of you guys deal with them?

Thanks,

Dustin

They're about a mile away from me here in Redmond but yet I can't recall the last time I went there. I know they operate off of East Coast time for some reason. I've heard of problems with their work when they had other people in the shop building stuff. But from what I hear they've been doing better. As far as purchasing items? I've never heard of anybody having a bad experience doing that through them.

Hope this helps put you at ease.

You should search the forum, I will try to find the topic ASAP. Do yourself a favor and get your money back. Go with Atkins or Pineapple.

Thanks for the input.

My parts finally arrived. I'm just a little surprised that it took a month......
