ok, well i looked at this 88 tii w/ 34k origional miles. lets just say that this is the most flawless tii i've ever seen. unfortunatly rust bubbles are already starting (barely) on the sunroof. anyway the engine is the smoothest rotary i've ever heard, and the interior is flawless. he's asking $6900. if i should talk him down, whats the best way to do this?

I didn't know you were looking for a TII. I would personally pay $6500 for a flawless car, but that's just me. There is a danger in buying a rotary with miles that low, though. I hope it was driven hard now and again.

What danger could there be? Carbon and stuff from all the lazy drivin'? Anyway the guy seems cool, i'm sure he beat on it every once and a while. I offered him the maximum blue book ($4500), he hasn't called me back yet, but hopefully he's so rich that he'll sell it to me just because i'm an enthusiast! :bigok:
