Last meatloaf I had, it was very delicious:

JACKED-UP STUFFED MEATLOAF DINNER

Angus sirloin, onions, green peppers marinara and breadcrumbs stuffed down the middle with garlic smashed potatos and cheddar cheese. Topped with bourbon gravy & served with garlic smashed potatos and sautéed seasonal veggies.
