I know for some this is kinda the last big weekend of summer, kids goin back to school, etc, etc....

I've got to work Monday 6am to 2pm, then we're having a little bbq here at the marina, actually we thought it was going to be little, now we're looking at close to 50 people LOL It's our "going away" party since we are moving to a new marina 10/1. I bought 30 lbs of chicken yesterday, thats a lot of chicken. Other then that seems like we've been sleeping all damn weekend, slept in until noon and I'm still tired!

The new marina is a resort, Marriott has a full pga golf course, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, gym, beach bar, 3 restaurants lots of cool stuff, gonna be sweet!

I've been doing crap around the house, working on the RX7, working on my friends cars... Then just straight up partying at night at whoevers house.

We ran my pickup out to the metal recyclers with a load of stuff (mostly from my buddies house). They pay you nicely to bring your junk over!

6 steel wheels, a stripped front end clip (frame and firewall) from a protege, 2 3g mazdaspeed doors, 1 3g hood, 2 1g protege doors, 1 1g hood, 1 steel rx7 fc hood, bunch of exhaust piping that was laying around, and 6 bent/bashed shitty looking aluminum wheels. Actually everything in the truck we brought was bent/bashed/rusted to ****/completely useless.

Scaled up, unloaded, "Thanks for the scrap, here's 150 bucks mister!".... Nice!

Went to the beach with my dad and step, wife and son on Saturday. They took him home, while the wife and I drove over to Apalachicola, a nice coastal town to celebrate our anniversary (Sunday). We stayed in an old historic house that was renovated into a superb bed & breakfast. Rode our bikes around town the following day before heading home, it was a good weekend.
