We've got that here too. Something about stoping young ones from sniffing. You got to be 16 before you can buy.

 

Yeah, the little bastards like to tag **** too. I don't know why you just can't go buy a nickel bag or somethin. It's a lot safer for your lungs and brain I'd imagine. Who came up with the idea of huffin spraypaint and glue? It might be the most retarded thing I've ever heard...seriously, it is.

 

Probably because ti's the cheapest way to get high.
