Ok, its 4:30AM, the new board is up, tested and looking good, some small issues like the recent post link, but I will fix that by posting a test message in every forum. Things should be faster, smoother and take up far less space.



Hope everyone enjoys, most probably won't notice the difference. I tested very well, but let me know if you hit any speed bumps.

Until we make a post in each forum the "recent post" link will take you to a random link, so just enter the forum and you'll be fine, that is the only small issue I have ran accross, sorry for the inconvenience.

 

IE users will be happy to know they can now mark posts as read!!!

We have one bug in the systems guys, the Private Message system is not functioning properly, I am on it ASAP, but I may not get it fixed for a day or so, I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, but I think all the other advantages will pay for themselves!

 

PM's are working again!!! I found a tag wrong in the MySQL for out message_data. The problem is fixed and the PM system is functioning properly. At this point in time it appears that everything has been tested and all systems are go... I am going to "Step away from the board" for a few and take a little break.

Yea i set the cookie to nopistons instead of nopistons.com so everyone will have to re-login, no big deal though, at least we have out PM's back!!!

 

Just a reminder, unless the date in the recent post column in 11/11+ when you click that link it will take you some random post. Anyhow, once we get a post in every forum it will go away so no worries. Thanks.
