i wonder if that's the setup they have on the nuke plant down here. They were testing it the other day just by a recorded voice. I was standing outside, about 4 miles away and couldn't hear the person I was talking to over the projected voice.

Makes you wonder what it would say if the nuke plant ever had a melt down.
