Stupidity + Sports Car = This
#1
I'm waiting at a bus station ready to go home when I see this Firebird (Automatic, V6) just floor it from a light. He just explodes out of the intersection and is doing about 30 when he catches a bit of icy patch on the road with his rear left wheel. Keeping it floored he gaines too much traction in the right wheel and starts to lose it heading across the line into on coming traffic. He quickly corrects the steering but when he does he passes the ice and gains traction to both wheels again. By this time he's STILL NOT off the accelerator. When he corrected the steering and hit traction in both rears, it was too late, he starts going in the opposite direction and smacks a utility pole head on at about 40-45.
He walked away with NO PROBLEMS at it seemed. He walked fine and all, and didn't even seem to be shaken up. I didn't see the airbag pop but if the car had one, it should have come out.
I took a pic with my cell (should have had the Digi), so here it is. I'm gonna take a pic of the cell pic LOL, it sucks but you guys get the idea. One Firechicken down, thousands to go.
Sorry for the shitty pic, it's the best it'll do.

lol, thats too funny. you would have known if the airbag went off, it sounds like a shotgun
I should have yelled at him, but I figured he went through enough **** already. BTW, he was about 21 or so, my age.

With the damage to that sweet ride (LMFAO) he won't be driving a sports car for a long time I think. I just wanted to let you guys know, if you drive a car like that in the winter, **** will hit the fan, so be carefull.
