I hate chase even more if that is possible. i have a cc with them, small balance i just kept it going for whatever reason, I had the thing setup on auto pay on their website, apparently they upgraded the system and booted my auto pay, I get something from them in my email and notice they dinged my credit for an over 30 past due! Holy ****, I hate credit.

 

call them up threating lives

 

call and bitch. they didnt let you know they were canceling the auto pay, so they should wave the fee.

 

holy crap!!! my wifes never really had problems with chase, theyve always credited her accordingly if they fucked up. my only gripe is the huge charge to pay by phone and thats the only way to pay aside from a ****** checking account

 

Call them up and explain your situation saying that you want that delinquency record taken off of your credit report since it wasn't your fault. Then, wait about 2 months for the possible changes to be posted to your report, then go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index and get a free report from all 3 agencies. If the late payment is on there, file a dispute with whatever agency has it on your report.

 

mail in a money order if you dont have a checking account



or better yet- open a checking account!
