I started playing Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided on August 1st and I just can't get enough. Sorry, I haven't been a regular on nopistons lately.. but I've never been much for RPG's but this MMORPG(I think that's what they call it) is the greatest game. I was just curious.. who all from nopistons.com plays? I do recommend the game, only thing is that it does take some time and devotion. Well, if anyone does decide to play use the Chilastra(not sure if I spelled that right..) Server. My characters name is Ekryth.

Damn Computer Nerds.. hahah.. Just kidding.. I was thinking about getting that game.. but i tried everquest and it sucked.. How much is the montly fee..?

 

Monthly fee is 15 bucks. I almost got it but i realized that i dont have enough time for an MMO and i really dont care or have any motivation to game anymore. And aside from that i'd have to completely upgrade my computer because it has outrageous system requirements.



My friends that do play have lots of fun. The only thing is i prefer to do things in real life rather than have fun through a simulated make believe world.

 

I bought the game I was bored at my grandmothers house so I bought. I didn't know you couldnt play it without getting online. I hate games like that. Then a monthly fee? Forget that! Bad enough I had to pay $50 for it. Takes up way too much space on your computer too!



I sold it to a friend who has alot more time then I do. He loves it. I watched him play for a few minutes. It just looks like a game that would give me alot of headaches.

 

DK's Opinion does not count.. he owns a Supra.. Damn $15 bux.. **** that.. I think I will just look for Outlaws for the PC and burn a few copies for my friends..

Having spent 2 years as a Senior Guide in EQ and having played EQ and UO off and on I'm NOT playing. Happily NOT playing. Raph Coster is the brains behind it, I had enough of the way he did things in UO.



Plus Verant/Sony whatever has this way of screwing things up . . .

 

Well, if you just pay for the monthly payments on a 6 month period like I do then you won't remember that you're having to pay for it until your statement comes in. And I'm not a computer nerd.. Everyone else needs to just make time for it like I do.. time that usually is spent sleeping.. lol
