I need a new winter vehicle (Rustmobile truck is almost dead), and I found a Saab 9-3 5-door at one of the local dealership for around $13k and I really like it. It's a one-owner car, fully loaded. What I was wondering is, I found a couple pages that say the power output is like 205hp, and some that say 185hp. That seems a little high to me, because the new ones have onyl like 175hp. It's the turbo 2.0 4-cyl and 5-speed. If anyone has any info on whether this is right or not, just let me know.

Thanks,

Leo

OK cool, thanks! I think the one I am interested in is a base model. It's the same price as a 98 Audi A4 1.8T (150hp). Which is a better buy? both are black and 5-speed. The Audi is a 1998 and the Saab is a 2000. I'd rather the Saab, and so would the wife. Also, the Saab has remainder of the factory warranty, whereas the Audi doesn't.

I wish I could find a Viggen for that price (or at all!), but the 93 is still a super nice car!
