Your old mans got a hell of a nice car.

Tell him to leave it alone.

It is badass just the way it is.
I told him he needs a boost controler and 18" rims then leave it alone.

Someday maybe a power FC and some bigger secondaries.

Do I mention he also has freshly rebuilt turbos syill in the box from Majestic in Waco?? Just in case the twins I gave him off my car (20K miles on them) take a dump.

Its called passion for cars. My dad has always loved cars. After he saw what I was doing to Corvettes and Vipers at the local Autocross with my FC he decided he needed to get an Fd. Its funny how much he loves/hates the car. He hates all the money he has spent making it right. We rescued it from a negligant owner, it had a blown engine and fried 4 puck clutch, the car has 70K miles on the chasis. The previous owner was a jackass.

He admitted to me that he acts like a 17 y/o whenever he drives it. He will not back down from a race. His office is in a very rich area and he has destroyed so manyBMW's with this car its not funny. Not to mention dorks in Hondas and Mustangs. He has seen more street racing action then me.

I keep asking him to take out his vette and race me. He will not he knows better.

that's pretty awesome. i think it's a good move to rescue the car and have it restored to it's former glory.

still hunting around for a good FC or FD myself.
