You have to define "bad for you" though. My definition includes pasta and bread, a staple for most people.

no cheese, butter, mayo, sour cream, etc...

keep processed sugar to a minimum. ease up on the carbs. (not to any extreme though)

try not to eat late.

i find that i consume about 30 grams of fat on an average day.

it's not that hard after you get used to it. (about a month)

I used to do that...I was thin as hell. Now I just do low carb instead because I like meat.
