I might be going down to S. FL This weekend for Thanksgiving - depending how my brother is doing, that and if my parent's go - okay, if they don't.... I might be put on a plane to go down there.



My question is this....If I don't finish the vodka by this coming up weekend and I still have some left, am I able to stuff it in my suitcase (the one that goes under the plane) ? Or do they now check everything since 9/11? That... or can I put it on my carry-on suitcase, and when it runs through that x-ray machine, would it show?





If so.. will I get caught? Will I get introuble for having vodka and being underage? Serious question guys, no funny business.

 

im not sure. You can always say its your dads, and they will prolly hold it if they wanna be dicks. Then get some random person that is old enough, says its your cousin, or dad if theyre old enough to get it for you. if you get on the plane you are straight. i dont see any harm in trying. They wont hold you for anything, how can they prove you werent carrying for ur dad?

 

They will be able to see it, but I dont know the laws as far as having an opened bottle in your luggage. I think a sealed one wouldnt be a problem, though.

But the rules have changed, I think alot of it depends on the random guy/girl at the scanner? I wouldn't chance it! It's Thanksgiving! I'm sure someone will give you a glass of wine.

 

Alright, take it from someone who used to smuggle alcohol for his dad across the atlantic. Put the remaining **** in a AQUAFINA bottle, carry it in your hand just like if it was water. As innocent as gummy bears.

 

why don't you just get more vodka when you go to FL?

 

It will be fine. I've been back & forth to Texas with a big bottle of Southern in my luggage... twice.

i would leave it home, its not like alcohol is hard to come by
