yeah did i mention how great new jersey is..... they passed htis law that i have to have have a provisional lisence till im 18.... i cant get my own insurance till im 18 because of it. wow i love this state now i cant get insurance and i cant drive till im ****** 18 wow did i mention how great this mother ****** state is

That's not too bad for a new driver. Out here you usually have to pay about $2000 just for liability.

Hey bigtime, I'm with you on that one, except that law began like... 5 years ago over here in Cali. BTW, why do you want your own insurance? Can't you just use your parent's plan until you are 18?
