Need A Little Legal Advice
#12
Actually sometimes the cop doesn't have to show up.. Some PD's have Liasons that are paid to go daily to the courthouse incase anyone is trying to fight a ticket and they are usually armed with a statement signed my a notary...
that's almost as good as him being there....

Does the ticket indicate that the surface conditions were wet? The weather was poor etc etc. If it does the judge may be a little more leinient. Explain to him that the tires broke loose, and with the turbo in your car the engine reved faster than you could control it. He may not understand the rotary engine, and you may get away with it. The only other thing is it may be moved to a different charge, such as driving too fast for conditions. That is unless you decided to do it 4-5 times while the cop was watching

there is a good chance you coudl BS your way out of this ticket. If you dont get a lawyer still fight it better than paying it. And just try everythign you can without getting yourself in more trouble. Tell them you lost control of the car and when you went to regain control you missed a shift or somthing. And it broke your tires loose. Since you were drifting that's basicly what you did any way just you ment too.
