My Own Star Wars Fanfilm...
#1
Here's the story:
For those that don't know, there's a lot of star wars fans with cool gadgets that can make saber's out of plain sticks and use PC's to make it look/sound real.
I was having a family/friends picnic (Tent and the whole 9 yards) and my brother-in-law (who did most of the work) said that we should try and throw one together.
So here it is, it's a small joke we came up at the time, we didn't prepare with any type of script or outfit or even a setting (its just my backyard)...but nonetheless, he put some cool effects to make it worth a look.

[need quicktime, small d.l]
Feedback welcome! Soon we'll have a more serious and well thought out one....right now he is editing a Matrix spoof we did (one scene has multiples of me in it). I am the guy with the yellow shirt, and green saber. Thanks! Enjoy!

My computer took a huge crap whenever I tried downloading it, then tried playing it. After like 10 minutes of messing with it, I managed to save my other crap and restart. Then I discovered that I need Quicktime, which I can't download, because I don't have administrative rights.
But I was really looking forward to it!

Thanks guys.
Baldy, thanks for trying. It does require quicktime.
Wraith: well I did say I spent a whole hour putting it together. It really had *No* acting being there was no dialogue (well audio dialogue) but it was just neat how much could be done with what we threw together. Makes me excited about our planned out episode coming soon... (And the matrix one we did that day should be done soon too)
Sinful7: Lmk what you think. The Supraforums guys thought it was cool, I just thought I'd share. It should be worth one laugh/look

spelling mistakes: Origionally should be originally. Whiping should be wiping. Sespool should be cesspool. The text boxes should definitely be re-done if you're going to keep using them. They are kind of uninspired. Definitely good work on your special effects, however. I reccomend you re-do the movie with an actual script and maybe some costumes, to take advantage of the effects you have available. Good start, definitely could use some improvement, but like I said, it's decent work for a completely off-the-cuff, no script mini-film. It's not something I would broadcast, even here on Penn State TV, but with some improvement it could be really good!
