they do the Vin#s by production numbers right?

I never looked before, but the 2 1988 verts I have were built

5 apart from each other, spoooky considering one was purchased in

NY and one in Florida.

I found that out when I tried to run a carfax on it, but says no info for the

other one that is going to be for sale, mine has incorrect info on it for some reason, out of no where it says the mileage was 67000, then it said the right mileage, then it said 67000 again, wtf? The mileage that it says currently is correct on the carfax report though, weird.
