Then you want a red belly, they are ugly and when you get a school of them they are ******* mean, by themselves they are pretty dosile. RBP's are pretty easy to come by, but check and see if they areleagalfor sale on ur state.

theres the species of piranha called s. compressus and its mean lookin. but the one im talkin about i saw at some aquarium place. they only had a picture though it looked like it might be one of those fish that live at like the bottom of the ocean. it had like massive teeth. maybe it was like a prehistoricpiranha. o well that s. compressus would be cool though. i found this site that has every pirnha on it and its traits for people who want to bread them or just keep a couple.

the red belly is a part of the pygocentrus genus along with two others. the compressus is part of the serrasalmus genus. and theres another genus. but there is also a sister group to piranhas which arent exactly piranhas.

Ya they are called pacus, there are red belly pacus that are so pihrana looking its scary.
