i'm getting a michigan license, and michigan insurance, thus mich plates (i live in nyc, but my friend lives in mich, so i'm gonna use his addy and pretend i live there.)



i just wanted to kno if this sounds viable. from wut i've heard, mich dmv asks very little as far as proof of residency goes.



secondly: there are car inspections correct? im assuming yes. my car has NO emmissions. so it'd would fail immediately. do any residents know of local shops that can...hook a brotha up?
