yea automatic is becoming the standard now, which sucks. and i can't stand those "shiftable automatics"
there's like a 5 second delay between from when you shift to when the trans does.
another reason why i'll stick to my 80's cars.

and then when you come to a stop, it downshifts anyways

yea and it refuses to downshift to first...like ever. unless youre crawling. in my sister's 6 i can hardly get it down to 2nd for that quick passing burst of speed on the slow roads.
