Half of the fun IS the build.

I could not imagine life without a car or something with an engine and wheels to tinker with.

That being said, Am I alone on the Charger SRT? Mopar is HOT.

[quote name='BrandonDrecksage' date='Sep 14 2005, 12:46 PM']are you kidding me? is the most comfortable car i've ever driven...every other car hurts my back and legs. i've only seen 2 other camaro SS on the road and a handful of z28...they are more rare now a days..thats why they stopped selling the car...they couldn't sell them anymore. I don't see whats not designed for the driver? only thing that bugs me is its a lil bit hard to heal toe downshift in the car cause the gas pedal is pushed back a lil. have you drivin a 98-02 camaro before? no to mention..you can pick up a decent one for 10-15k.

I like the new Charger a little...the Daytona is hot. I'm probably a little more likely to lean towards the Magnum, since I like wagons.

where do you live? i've only seen one other camaro ss in person...and a handlefull of z28s, i've never seen a ws6 in person..and have only seen one firehawk.

maybe...i'm not really sure...my car is the most comfrotable car i've ever been in..or drivin...i don't see anything wrong with it besides the shitty sound system. Its just my opinion that i'm expressing to the other guy...i'm not saying its fact. the point of my original post was that...if he would consider buying a gto...a z28 has the same amount of power(04 goats, o5s have 400) with less weight...and if he is looking for a car to build up...i thought it would be a good car to do so because of the power stock..and the ease of making more power...many ways. and contrary to popular belief....with a lil suspension work and some fatter tires...they can handle very very well.

The SRT line is ALL hotness!

And we have a used 2002 Pontiac Trans-Am WS6 at work, I drove it today, and I could not complain at all. That thing is a torque monster, but it is just too damned heavy. It feels like a tank. It is VERY quick too, and not stock at all. Different cam, headers, straight exhaust, 4:10 LSD, and a short shifter kit. Car is quick as ****. Let's just say I did a burnout out through 3 gears, and left a patch of doubles about 15 feet long, and the patches were THICK! I mean entire tire thick.

Whoever bad mouths a Camaro, is to me, an idiot. Who gives a **** if it is a comfortable ride, go buy a ******* Toyota! Is an FD a comfortable ride all the time?

lol..only 15feet? I left a good 50 feet where my friend died a couple of months ago..and it was stock then. they feel like tanks, but after a couple of hours behind the wheel...they build a lot of confidence....only thing is that the solid axle sucks while turning and hitting bumps..but with suspension work can be worked out.

yeah, only 15 feet. i only dropped the clutch at 3.5krpms. i did not take it to redline. it's a super nice car. if I did not have my wrangler, I would have probably picked up the trans-am. it is a really clean car. and the price is really good on it too.

only thing it is black on black, what an EXCITING color!
