Well ive now learned NEVER to trust ******* family. My dad helped me get the vert and now hes leaving my mom which means hes taking the car. I paid 3k for the vert he offered the rest the title is in his name and since i paid cash to him i cant prove ****. I did some digging around and he used a loan to get the other money for the car and aparently the loan office has the title. It was a 4k loan and he hasnt paid much off of it. So in order to keep the car itll end up costing me 7k total(with what ive already paid). Tommorow im gonna take all my stuff out of the car and drive it to my parents house and park it. I got $1000 worth of stuff in there i dont want to lose. Hopefuly i can pick up another 7 soon or find a loop hole in this situation. Needless to say im a very pissed off person right now and could posably snap at any moment. My dad better hope i dont see him.

I'm sorry to hear that, I know how you feel, thats how I lost my 91 MR2 and I'm still trying to find a way to keep my 95 Nissan. thats why when my step-dad offered to help with my 7's I told him hell no. took loans from my boss.

try to blow it up or do something so it wont run very good

then the car wont be able to leave

then dear old dad will have to pay his loan(or risk his credit)

AND buy a new motor

 

Unplug the Afm when you leave it, and see how long it takes him to figure it out.

Strip it out and make some money on the parts. If you're getting fucked, he might as well be too.

 

Take a baseball bat and beat the **** out of your dad til you get your 7k worth or the title. Thats what i'd do.
