Lexus Sc400, New Daily Driver?
#1
Here is a '93 SC400 I'm looking at they are asking $7900 for it (a bit much) but has all records and they were done at lexus.
A car like this would be ideal just to hop in and drive to work everyday (can you think of a better car for this?). It would also be nice to have a decent car I can TRUST to get me where I'm going whether it's to Burgur King or 500 miles away.
OR I could get another truck and be able to haul **** around when I want to but suffer the mileage. I have a 96 K1500 Z71 that I got cheep and fixed it up that I'm driving right now but I hate how cheaply it's made! The interior makes more creeks than a 100 year old homes floor, trans shifts into 3rd gear like **** (my old 88 cheby did this also) and it gets 12mpg in the winter.
I suppose I could get both a SC400 and a cheeper truck but then I have a truck sitting in my driveway 90% of the time and also my FB that I'm not selling. Insurance on 3 cars for 1 dude is a bit ridiculous but my rates are pretty good being in the 25 and over crowd (the 96 chevy is only $155/6-months, FB is 400 with 250 comp deductable).
Decisions... decisions...
What do you guys think?
