I work for Decision One, I do tech support for Sprint PCS. 10.50/hr + commission + kick anus benefits.
Keep in mind they're gonna micromanage every second (yes, second) of your time while you're there. I got wrote up for being 2 seconds over my break. That SUX. And in order to provide excellent customer service, they'll probably require you say some DUMBASS things. Until recently, we HAD to use the word recap when we went over the stuff we did for the customer. That was gay. I have cell service through cingular though, and the people I talk to there when I need tech support arent total tools. Good luck with the new job!

grats on the new job~
i've worked the wireless industry for 3 years as an account executive for a master dealer, here in NYC.
are you working at corporate store? be prepared to do a lot of bullshit work. you'll find 50%+ of your applicants are just a waste of time, with **** credit scores. also, you'll also lose a ton of business to privately owned cell stores. oddly, they earn more commission than corporate stores, and in turn pass savings on to prospective customers, rending your pricepoints horribly high.
if you enjoy the cellphone industry, you shoudl look into getting a job or a master dealer. pay is much higher. 20k base + 100k~ commission.
