Never really listened to it before, but i got a free Jazz CD with a box of cigars I ordered, been chilling to it a bit, pretty relaxing actually. Anyone into jazz? Any artists you would recommend to try out?

coltraine, miles davis, django rheinhart. theres prolly some stuff from the 20's, you should look in to also, but i dunno any specifics.

honestly most of it sounds to me like they are either strangling a goose, or tuning their instruments, i like a little focus

Hmm, the stuff I got here isn't aggressive, it's real chilled out and smooth. Dave Brubeck, stuff like that.

I dunno, I mean what you're saying was the first thing that always came to mind when I thought jazz, but this stuff is real laid back.
