i could work at a preschool and play with legos, its less money, but i get such fripperies as a 2 day weekend, and every holiday, and i get to play with legos!
i also found out i can sue for them making me work 6 days a week.

I would explain the situation with the owner, and inform him you are on your way to the LAbor Relations Board.
My management is pissed because I need to work some overtime, but since I am non-exempt; they HAVE to pay time and a half. PLUS get approval for the DOE. All of the Engineers in my section are exempt and work OT Straight time

he's getting yelled at if the "trash guy" doesnt pick up the trash. i told him that too
