Besides, the power its at now is the same as the FDs they sold, why would they bother?
There is some kind of aggreement the Japenese have amongst themselves about not making cars with more then 280hp I believe.

they are starting to grow on me but its just not a great idea to buy a 30k car and cut the rear doors out. it would look soooooo cool if you took out the rear doors and shortened the car to suit.

rob: i dont understand that 280hp thing isn't the supra more then 280hp and the skyline gt-r (i dont know either of their hp ratings but the names come to mind)? And the new evo that is coming to the states isn't it like 310hp in japan or something? I dunno i always hear about the agreement and see a bunch of cars stick too it but sometimes i swear i see cars being produced with over 280hp.
i could be dreaming though.

as well? maybe its something about exporting with more then 260/280hp?
The germans have an aggreement about top speed, but Porsche doesnt
abide by it either, lol.
