w00t, I know most you guys don't, but I have been trying to get things going with Intrax for a while, finally got the account set up today and added the items to the store!



Also, should have the incorporation papers back today or tomorrow and hopefully be launching the OnPro site by the end of the week.

ugh i hate inc. papers and the cost to inc. a ******* company...it took a few weeks to actually receive the etunning inc. books



but thats in the past

I just had it done, they turned in the paperwork within 24 hours and it was $20 more for expedited service through the state.



i've done it before ain't all bad.

vary's from state to state, S corp doesn't change the state filing here, only the tax status with the IRS, washington state has coporporation and LLC. You just have to file the S status form 2253 with IRS, but I am not going S-Corp.

Yea good stuff, cost us the same per month, no matter what happens we pay a max co-pay of $45!
