I've done enviromental qualification for re-licencing of Pickering A, and Bruce A reactors that were taken out of service almost 10 years ago. I go around the plant and see what doesn't correlate to drawings and then look at why it doesn't correlate then realize someone used a part that isn't qualifed to be used in a nuclear power plant. Then i have to go find/design a part that will work, and test it in a test chamber simulating a MSLB or LOCA. That is what i know best. Last year i did fault tree analysis... That was boring.
Next year I will be unempolyed.
