USPS can't accept a shipment for UPS, they would physically have to call UPS for a pickup. IF it's just he box she was bitching about, then technically they are right as well, FedEx, USPS and UPS give the boxes to customers for free, TECHNICALLY those boxes belong to the carrier, so you are not supposed to go ship a UPS box via USPS, they protect each others investment as it is in each of their best interest, UPS could end up spending millions each year providing free boxes for USPS customers and likewise for the others.

i was in a blockbuster once when a woman walked in and asked to return a jar of grape jelly. The woman told her "of course you can return it, you just need to walk over to the grocery store first..."

How would the blockbuster lady know if she could return it? She work at the grocery store too?

It's like when you go to hair masters and they ask you what you need when you walk in the door " A GOD DAMN HAIRCUT, WHAT ELSE DO YOU DO?"

Well that goes back to my first statement, wut the **** does she expect the post office to do? Go hop in their car and drive it to UPS? Call for a UPS pickup and pay for it out of hte general fund?
