g_dripht-alex - 6 posts on this website and not one in the drfting section. Just an observation.
I am 37 years old. So a 23 year old is a kid to me.
I am sure you think I am an old man and that makes me mad.

...but that doesn't mean that all of us are "little kids" or just plain ignorant........
there was clearly no indication that he was referring to the entire drift community...
in fact hes stated half..which to me does not equate to all

addin another 2 cents...
typically blatant disregards and irresponsible acts are usually attributed to kids..
hence i suppose is the reason why the example was used..
chances are in this scenario that they were.. adults or should i say responsible folks have more at stake..
and typically have more consideration to those who respect the sport ..
specially to those who were gracious enough to create a site specific to allowing enthusiast run their cars legally...
i dont believe that anyone here is sayin that driftin is bred and supported by immature kids..

This wasnt supposed to turn into a ******* "I hate drifting" thread.
Its more of a "dont be a stupid ******* and drift where you dont belong and ruin other poeples venues" thread.
DriftedFC3S - I know drifting is not a "kids" sport. I know Vosko does it. ****! If you look around a little you will see I am looking to break into it.
amp nailed it. Younger poeple tend not to think of consequences when they do things. When I was 19 I wouldn't think twice about doing some donuts in a parking lot.
At 37 I wouldn't even consider it. Well....Maybe...I am very immature though. I drive my wife crazy.
g_dripht-alex - your a 17 y/o looking to fight on the internet and have a lot to learn.

your another ignorant person. why was it "little kids" which would be refering to age groups from 16-17? thats funny. really it is cause you guys have video tapes of these "kids" doing it right? you stupid stupid ignorant *****. im sorry i hope i get banned for this cuase you guys think your so much better than everyone else. i hope they find out it was some 25 year olds so i can blame it all on adults.
He called me ignorant and a stupid ****. Need I say anymore.
What do you call that?

i just wanted to say maybe the reason people go in the parking lot to do their 'drifting' is because they are trying to be safer about it by not doing it on the streets and assume nobody would mind since it was being used for autox earlier.
a possible solution would be to add drifting to your scca sponsored events and getting these people involved in them so they don't end up looking for places on their own which will have obvious issues.
which brings up a good question, does scca sponsor any drift events?

just because he thinks differently and actually has a valid point, doesn't mean he is trying to pick a fight...why is it that everytime someone disagrees with you, you think they are picking a fight?
He is fully entitled to disagree. He can do it without throwing around insults.
That simple.
