what's causing your fever?
do you think its a virus, or an infection?
if its a virus, take tylenol and rest as much as possible, if its bacteria, then you need to take antibiotics. this time of the year, since you're outside a lot, its most likely a sinus infection from allergies. so you might wanna go to a dr. to get antihistamines and antibiotics.
that really sucks rest up and try not to miss too much practice

Tylenol or Motrin for the fever. If you take those, do NOT take any other OTC drugs that contain pain relief medication (ex. Nyquil/Dayquil).

My solution would be surgical removal of the offending part. And of course, two aspirin to ease the discomfort.
