hurrican Rita = high gas prices again ?

so whats the deal with the gas prices, are they going to go up again now with another ****** hurricane?

Galveston oh Galveston, I still hear those sea waves crashing. I hope if Galveston is hit, it won't be as bad as it was the last time they got hit.

Get gas yesterday! More refineries in the Houston area! Except it doesn't have the LOOP which is out in the gulf to unload foreign oil.

All rigs are shut in when a hurricane is in the gulf....no production .

It's all hype. We don't even refine oil in texas. We grow oil from oil tree's in the midwest.



Seriously, though, they said to expect $4 in wake of Katrina, and we saw $3.50, now they're saying $5, but I think at worst it will reach $4.25

yeah i saw them earlier, passed 1 station, 2.44, right down the road they were changing it to 2.69.
