DOH, you gotta clean the glass first! Actually you can use a little soapy water behind the sticker when you apply it so you have time to move it a little and get the bubbles out.

i cleaned the window first actualy. I guess it was so dirty i needed to do it more than 3 times.

Yea not to mention that 90% of the glass cleaners on the market are pretty much useless. Their great for smearing the dirt around and evening it out, but that's about it LOL

Yes, a little soapy water (I use 2 drops of soap to one spray bottle of water) will give you some lubrication to slide the decal on. Then once you get it tacked down, grab a squeegee, or a soft towel with your thumb in it, and push all the letters from the inside to the edges, to release the airbubbles. Also, when you leave the decal out in the sun and it gets nice and warm, the tiny airbubbles will come out.
