I have a few files and folders XP says it can't delete because the "Specified File" is missing or some **** like that. Can I get rid of those files, and how?

To begin with you are probably trying to deleat system files, thoes files are what make windows happy!! It's like if nopistons.com was wiped off the net, you would be pissed off and you would enounter a fatal error. Only deleat stuff you put on the drive.

 

or you just can delete windows entirely
