Phinsup runs Linux, most of the UO emulators are Win32 based alltho there was one Linux one for a bit, it was a port of...oh heck I don't remember it's been to long since I dealt with it. Dunno if it went anywhere.
I did some scripting on one once. It was intresting.

I don't remember what it was we were playing around with, I knew one of the guys who developed it back when we all hung out on Test Center on the REAL UO.
Back before TC became SET PK = 1000 and stuff
Ahhh the good old days

E-mail me with the details of what you are running and how much bandwidth you need. scott@providesite.com
A T1 is NOT bandwidth. If you are looking to host with someone ask them if they have redundant connections and make sure they are at least T3's.... providesite.com (nopistons.com) is on 3- Gigabit Connections, one OC3 and one DS3, that's pretty decent redundancy
Like I say even if you don't go with me for a host e-mail me with what you need and I can give you some things to look for.
