Hey Dakmis And Other Camera Guys

how did you take that picture? I've seen photos from teh sony that looked 100% professional and great. Cnet and PC mag both rate this camera at 9 out of 10, but Im intrested in how it works as well as the actual ease of use.
oh dakmis I didn't buy anything yet here is the list of options I ahve for cameras let me know what you think..
1. Nikon D70 Digital Camera- 49,000 points
2.Konica Minolta Digital Camera. 8 mega-pixel, SLR-type camera with anti-shake and other advanced features. - 43,383
3.Nikon Digital Coolpix 8700 - 37,202
4.Canon Rebel XT 8MP SLR- 37,164 points
5. Sony 8.0 Mega-Pixel Cyber-shot® Digital Still Camera - 32,000 points

the 300d rebel and the d70 were pretty much equal, with the d70 having a slight advantage over it, but now canon has the 350d, which has a better sensor in it. I havent really read the reviews on the cam as to me not being anywhere near purchasing one, but i would assume it has the upper hand on the d70. But with the 300d and the d70 it was more of a personal preference between the two. Canon has more digi cams to choose from, and they have a better upgrade path than nikon.
And dysfnctnl, i like both film and digi, but the biggest problem with film is that it costs you 25 cents per frame, and also the time inbetween taking the pic and getting it, as opposed to a digi which is free and instant. With digi it also saves what settings you were using when you took the pic, a feature which is on all digis and ive only seen one film camera that could do that.

my $350 sony does way more then I need it to and has the carl zeiss lens as well, they probably all have the same lens
save the points for something else, unless you are figuring on the slim chance that someone might know what the camera is and it will increase your status while you ride around in the FD
