I am glad this storm is petering out. It will still do some damage. But now people can have hurricane parties and not die.
I was sweating this was coming my way. Whew!!!

I was cleaning my gutters today to clear the way for the 4 ft of water Im gonna get. Luckily I live ona hill but the down side is that I have huge tress all around me.
Needless to say I will most likely lose my power on Thursday.

yeah on one hand I'm glad it's loosing power so you guys on the coast that allways get hit can relax, on the other hand, I was hoping it would slam Jersey hard, we hav'nt had a real hurricane here in like 15 years. I'm big on the "nature's fury" type ****. I keep promising myself one of theese years I'll go on one of those tornado chasing trips
Jersey could use a good cleaning too. LOL! I grew up in Queens NY so the Jersey Jokes abounded when I was a kid.
Who is hacking? Am I safe???

the NY waves are getting bigger every day. great for killing new surfers such as myself. if classes are canceled for the storm ill be at the beach drowning. just look for my bloody short board
