I decided to do it!



Thats right I've decided to sign my life over to Uncle Sam after graduation. I have always wanted to fly and I was running out of time to get commisioned so I applyed at the first of the summer and got accepted to the ROTC program here at OU yesterday =)



This doesn't necessarily mean I have to join the AF after graduation but thats kinda the point. Which means, if I'm accepted into flight training as a pilot, its a mandatory ten year comission. Which is kinda scary, but then its not exciting, right? I'll be taking my AFOQT ASAP, which'll be a big factor in whether or not I can fly. However, I scored an 85 on my practice test which is good...but I still have to make the grades in school and take the real thing.

is it true that they require you to have almost perfect vision, and that you cant have corrective lenses?

 

lol if u wanna fly join the navy.... they do all the flying the air force sits thare and jerks each other off all day

 

LOL You do see "Navy" and "Jerk eachother off" in the same sentance quite a bit now that you mention it LOL
