Got my first speeding ticket in 11 years. I was just turned into a road and just let the boost on 3rd from 10mph take me up to speed and I wasn't looking at the speed till i saw the dark police car in the dark. I then saw 50 on a 40. He then caught up to me and gave me a ticket for doing 53 on a 40. I'm going to try to fighting some how.



I guess i have to be lucky. I just got my inspection sticker, (cough). Cop asked me if i passed inpection with my exhaust and how old it was. Told him i can put the silencers on if it bothers him and is only 2 years old.

That sucks. At least he didn't give you a ticket for your exhaust. I would recommend you get a lawyer to assist you in fighting the ticket. It will be the best $125-150 you can spend. I have a perfectly clean driving record.

 

Well I ain't got much money right now to blow since i'm planing ot move to CA. I going to be my own lawyer.Maybe the cop will not show up and dismiss my case.



My boss's wife works as the next town over tax clerck, maybe she can help me (cough)

call them tell you are gonna fight it. tell the prosecutor you want an unsafe driving ticket. its no points! i wish i had done that!

 

ahh come on, think about all those times you should have gotten one that you didnt... last time i got one they arrested me for going too fast, how lame is that?
