I've had it happen when I ordered stuff from Rotormotorsports. It's just something you have to deal with. Not always is it the performance part dealers fault. Most of the time it is the distributors fault.
The SECOND time I bought an intercooler kit from them. The kit was actually for a turbo upgrade, but they never said it was. I didn't find out until I already started the installation because the instructions were in Japanese. I complained, and they said they'd take care of it, but after a few weeks they kept ignoring me. They never once called when they said they would, BUT they changed their webpage the night I called them. They're a bunch of dicks, and I would never deal with them again. I obviously made an effort to get the problem resolved, but they figured if they just ignored me I'd go away.[/quote]
so your the one who bought the "new" greddy kit for the fc? now when you get it they sell it to you, but tell you it wont fit the car

No, it was the older kit, a few years ago. At the time they didn't say it wasn't a bolt in. The night I called them to complain they changed their website to cover themselves.

I re-did it all to my liking last year. So now it's better.
